Fated Fiction was born in the quiet chaos of the pandemic, out of boredom, curiosity, and just a touch of magic. Like many dreamers with a new Cricut and big plans, I thought I’d quit my full-time job in three months. (Spoiler: I didn’t and still work there years later, but I like being crazy busy.)

I began with totes and epoxy tumblers, only to discover that vinyl and I were never meant to be. My first year went well, but each order felt more like a chore than a craft. I almost closed the shop until something small but sparkly changed everything. I had been including free stickers with orders, and those little creations brought me more joy than anything else.

So, I followed that spark. Fated Fiction transformed into a world of holographic stickers, shiny, sassy, and full of personality. And to my surprise, it grew fast. Turns out, people really do love stickers that make them smile.

Later, I launched Wandering Sirens, first meant for travel and seasonal designs. It has since become a home for the silly, sarcastic, and sweet, stickers that make you laugh, roll your eyes, or just feel something real and know you aren't alone in that feeling.

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m working toward creating my own little corner of the internet. Etsy has been amazing, but it is time to build a space that feels truly mine.

By my side are my sister Ingrid, who keeps me sane, helps me focus, keeps me in check with reality, and makes me feel like I have a partner in this big dream. She even contributed to this year’s advent calendar, and Beth, my bestie who helps at markets and helps every time I ask (also volunteers/voluntold her kids). Owning your own business can be very isolating especially when it's just you creating, but these amazing people help me so much.

Together, we’ve turned a spark of pandemic boredom into something bright, joyful, and a little bit magical. ✨
